Boost Your Energy With This MultiVitamin

”If I’d known I was going to live so long, I’d have taken better care of myself. ” ~Leon Eldred

Vitamins are organic nutrients essential for the normal functioning of the body. We have all taken vitamins/multivitamins at some point or other in life. Many of us still do, to replenish or supplement what we get through food.

This week, I want to share with you a multivitamin that is organic and natural and has no side effects absolutely. In fact, you can take it as many times during the day as you wish. However, you must take it at least once, preferably before you go to bed, for best results. From my own personal experience, I know it can be awfully BITTER to SWALLOW at FIRST. However, it will grow on you and will get SWEETER with PRACTICE and as you start experiencing HUGE BENEFITS in your WHOLE Life, you’ll LOVE it and find it to be PRICELESS! :)

Curious to know what this is all about?

The multivitamin I am talking about consists of four essential vitamins. Vitamin L, Vitamin S, Vitamin F and Vitamin G.

Never heard of them before? Yeah, these are not as common and popular as the Vitamin A, B, C and D. However, they are essential for your WHOLE life – a life of joy, peace, love, abundance, harmony and balance. So, if you are interested in living a WHOLE life, this is something you must consider including in your daily regimen.

Vitamin L: Love

Vitamin F: Forgiveness

Vitamin G: Gratitude

Vitamin S: Sorry

1. Vitamin L is all about LOVE: Remember, how you treat yourself is how others will treat you. So, begin by loving yourself, by accepting yourself and respecting yourself for who you are. Love yourself and you will attract love. Honor and respect yourself and others will  honor and respect you. Accept yourself and others will accept you.

”Love me when I least deserve it, because that’s when I really need it.” ~Swedish Proverb

As human beings, none of us are perfect. We all have our share of blemishes, imperfections, weaknesses. On the flip side, we all have our own share of perfections, talents, gifts and strengths. Accept this whole package with grace and gratitude. Be proud of your achievements and accomplishments. Your life experiences have shaped the person who you are today – and believe it or not, you are an amazing person! Have faith in your capabilities and your ability to face the game of life with all its unexpected twists and turns.

Love yourself first because then you will be free from need and desperation to be loved and you will be able to love others freely. Find every opportunity that you can to say “I love you” to your loved ones every day.

If you are doing what you love in life then you already love your work, don’t you? But for those of you doing something you really are not passionate about, either find and do what you love or try loving your work anyway. Might as well enjoy what you are doing while you are doing it.

Love is healing, uplifting and empowering. Love is sublime and divine. Love is life. Fill yourself with love that it overflows. Love yourself. Love your family and friends. Love your work. Love your clients. Love the plants and the trees. Love the birds and animals. Love everything.

2. Vitamin F is all about FORGIVENESS: Life is too short to spend time beating yourself up for your past mistakes, to wallow in self-pity and guilt. We are on a human journey and because we don’t always remember our true essence and nature (that of our spirit), we make “mistakes” or at least that’s what we love to call them. There are no mistakes because if we knew we are gonna make a mistake, we would never make them in the first place, would we? We act in the best possible way given the information and knowledge we have at any point of time. Yes, the information and knowledge might expand at a later point in time – use that to make your present and future decisions – not to beat yourself up on the past. The past is best left alone, so let go of the past.

“When you hold resentment toward another, you are bound to that person or condition by an emotional link that is stronger than steel. Forgiveness is the only way to dissolve that link and get free.” ~ Catherine Ponder

Forgiving oneself is hard and much harder than forgiving others. In fact, we find it hard to forgive others because we are so unforgiving of ourselves in the first place. We are too severe and strict with ourselves. Forgive yourself and you’ll release vast amounts of negative energy you’ve been holding within your body.

“Sincere forgiveness isn’t colored with expectations that the other person apologize or change. Don’t worry whether or not they finally understand you. Love them and release them. Life feeds back truth to people in its own way and time.” ~Sara Paddison

When you forgive yourself and love yourself, you become more forgiving of others. Everyone is doing the best they can at any given point of time and that best depends on the life experiences they have had so far. They are on their own journey to discover themselves. Forgive them and release them so they may go on their journey.

Don’t wonder if the others are deserving of your forgiveness or not – forgive them not for their sake but for your sake. Forgiving them not only releases negative energy blocked in your system but brings in positive energy into your life -  now, that’s something worth experiencing! Forgive your parents, children, spouse, family, relatives, colleagues, clients, … forgive everyone.

 3. Vitamin S is all about saying SORRY: Yes, it happens to the best of us. There are times when we stumble and in the process,  intentionally or unintentionally, hurt others. They could be our loved ones, they could be our colleagues, they could be strangers. Again, life is indeed short to waste time in guilt, shame, self-blame and self-judgment. Never hesitate to say “I am sorry” to anyone – be it your child, spouse, parent, friend or colleague!

”An apology is the superglue of life.  It can repair just about anything.”  ~Lynn Johnston

Don’t worry about what others will think of you – because what you think of yourself is more important than what others think of you. Remember, it’s about you and your energy and you better have control over your energy. By not forgiving or asking for forgiveness, you give control of your energy to others, and that’s a huge positive energy drainer.

4. Vitamin G is all about being GRATEFUL: Gratitude is being grateful to who you are, what you are, who you have and what you have in life. Be grateful always. For everything and everyone in your life.

Be grateful to your body and every single cell in your body for functioning just as they ought day after day and night after night (even when you are asleep) tirelessly.

Be grateful to your parents, spouse, kids, friends, family, colleagues, employer, job, business, clients.

Be grateful to the nature and the universe for the air you breathe, the water you drink, the blue sky, the warmth of the sun, the rain laden clouds, the cool breeze, the mighty winds, the lush greenery around you, the fascinating animal and bird life around you, the impending snow (that’s something I need to practice!!!).

Be grateful to your car, your home, all the things in your home providing you comfort and entertainment.

Be grateful to the electricity, the fuel, the elevators, the roads, the flyovers, …

Be grateful to all the opportunities you had and to all the problems you faced.

Be grateful to life, be grateful that you are alive.

The basic idea is to appreciate all that you are using in life, all that is providing value to you in life, all that is serving you and benefiting you directly or indirectly.

The more you are grateful, the more you attract what you wish and desire into your life. So, stop complaining and focusing on all that’s going wrong in your life and instead count all your blessings and focus on all that you have …

“Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos into order, confusion into clarity…. It turns problems into gifts, failures into success, the unexpected into perfect timing, and mistakes into important events. Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today and creates a vision for tomorrow.” ~Melodie Beattie

Now, that you have read all about this multivitamin, don’t forget to take it at least ONCE every day. That way, you consciously neutralize any negative energies that may have crept into your life for that day. Settling accounts end of every day helps you get a wonderful night’s sleep. It sends positive messages to the subconscious to work on. Not only that, over a period of time, negative energies get cleared from your energy system allowing positive energies to flow in.

So, here are the magic words:

I  LOVE YOU
I FORGIVE YOU
I AM SORRY
THANK YOU

P.S: Don’t be surprised if you lose a few pounds, if any or all of your aches and pains disappear, if you feel less stressed, if you enjoy your night’s sleep and wake up refreshed and rejuvenated!

Your recommended daily multivitamin to boost personal energy requires strong self discipline for the first thirty days.
While I am grateful for many things and people in my life, I am particularly grateful for finding your website.

Harold, thank you. It’s very sweet and kind of you to say that. Yeah, it does require self-discipline, the same discipline one needs to remember and take medication from a doc.
    Best!
